Working with Coach Andy at the Millbrook School was always a positive and motivating experience. He showed up for me every training session and pushed me to be both a better athlete and person. Andy truly cares, and it shows in his athlete-specific workouts and personalized training plans, as well as in the conversations after each session. My focus on sprint and agility work improved my game immensely in all three of my high school varsity sports and in my preparation for an upcoming Hyrox competition. I am grateful for his expertise in coaching and his mentorship.

Coach Andy is one of the most selfless people you will come across. While he is a strength and conditioning coach, he is way more than that. Andy deeply cares about his athletes and always shows up for them despite rain and snow. He taught me skills beyond training, like discipline, work ethic, and grit. Coach Andy preached to me and so many of his athletes to not just work, but grind and persevere through challenges.

Andy's workouts are high-intensity exercises that focus on whatever you need to improve, pushing your body in different ways: speed, agility, strength, and endurance. The workouts push your limits while Andy is right there making sure you're not slacking. I've seen instant results working with him and highly recommend.
Training with Coach Andy throughout my time at Millbrook has been monumental in my pursuit of performing athletically at a high level. I did his workouts religiously in preparation for my gap year, where I played tennis full-time around the world. Rather than focusing on lifts and one-dimensional movements, Coach Andy made sure to focus entirely on sport-related movements and practical elements that gave his athletes a step up. Thanks to his workouts, I have never had an issue with my fitness, speed, and agility.
