Responsibility
Practice accountability by owning choices, honoring commitments, and respecting others.
Mentees are paired with caring adult mentors and engage in brotherhood meetings, one-on-one check-ins, group outings, guest speakers, community engagement, leadership development, and academic and career preparation.
The program helps young men build confidence, identity, emotional intelligence, wellness, relationships, and life skills as they prepare for college, careers, athletics, and adulthood. Mentees participate from eighth grade through senior year, with structured programming September through June and year-round check-ins. After graduation, mentees transition into an ongoing advising relationship — because the Brotherhood & Beyond community stays in their corner for good.
